Tony the service manager is a gem...he arranged for my van to be sorted out at the Billingham branch and got the part ordered and delivered there as they were fully booked up....many thanks much appreciated..
only got one star cause i can't give zero stars. wagon broke down 11/1 could not even look at it until 16/1 then after we dropped the wagon off didn't look at it until 18/1 rang 21/1 to find out what was happening twice went through to Parts and no one rings you back. Couldn't be more unhappy, we are a small family firm and this is causing a great deal of inconvenience
Broke down right outside they could not help as they are short of technitions, I phoned the call out and the guy that arrived was brilliant found fault fixed and got me back on the road
