The one major gripe I have for this practise is the beyond ridiculous appointment waiting times...over 4 weeks minimum to see a GP, at least a fortnight just for a phone call!
Absolutely ridicules doctors can not make appointment unless you ring up on the day, which is not a option due to my work schedule. All to get a prescription I have had all my life!!!
Parents who are 88 and 87 yrs old and housebound unable to have flu vaccination as the surgery have ran out until 12th October because they only ordered 600 vaccines Their home visit had been prearranged for this by the gp but no one turned up and now they don't no when anyone will come to do this as they will be in big demand when they restock.Given that my father has kidney disease and is also diabetic and has twice nearly died from sepsis I would have thought that he might be a priority

Impossible to make an appointment. Receptionists can be cold, slow and just generally bad at ordering things (although some of the guys are pretty cool it's mainly the older women who are bad)Looking for other options in doctors seen as I can never make an appointment here anyway.
